As part of our unique services, Young Heroes offers an outstanding level of care and support including access to your own Support Worker who can offer practical, non-medical and emotional support tailed to suit your individual needs. Young Heroes also have a Specialist Support Worker with many years experience in the medical field who is able to offer specialist support when needed.
Whether you need advice on budgeting for bills, benefits, getting back into education, basic cooking or healthy eating, your personal support worker will be there every step of the way to ensure you get the very best start towards living independently.
Your support worker will also visit you usually on a weekly basis and spend time with you, talking through any problems or questions you may have, or you can both simply have a cup of tea and friendly chat.
