By submitting your details you give permission for Young Heroes to contact your Clic Sargeant worker or specialist to verify details given.

Young Heroes cannot guarantee they will be able to fulfill your request however in the unlikely event of this happening Young Heroes will assist you in other ways by means of helping you choose another suitable gift or contacting other charities/organisations who may be able to help.
